These terms apply when you use this website or book any session, program or workshop offered by . By booking or paying, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

2. Our services

We offer counselling, parent mentoring and wellness programs, including the Between Us program for parents of teenagers (an Introductory Session, Introduction & Awareness and Modules 1 to 4), Within Us sessions for adults, healing sessions, and workshops for schools and organisations. Session details, dates and fees are shown on the website or shared with you before you pay.

3. Booking and payment

• You must be 18 or older to book and pay. Between Us is designed for parents and caregivers.
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹). Taxes are included where applicable.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Your booking is confirmed only when payment is successful. You will receive a confirmation email with a payment receipt.
• Please give a correct email address and phone number, because we use them for confirmations, reminders and session links.
• We may change fees or schedules in future. Changes do not affect bookings that are already paid.

4. Online sessions and service delivery

Our programs are currently held online via Zoom. There is no physical product or shipping. The joining details are shared by email (and may also be shared on WhatsApp) before your session.

• Please join 5 minutes early and keep your camera ON during the session.
• You are responsible for a stable internet connection and a suitable device. Time lost because of your own connection problems cannot be refunded or extended.
• Sessions start on time at the scheduled time in India Standard Time (IST).
• Your booking is for you (and your partner, where the program says so). Please do not share the joining link with others.

5. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

Fees are non-refundable. You can move your booking to another available session if you ask at least 2 days (48 hours) before your session starts. If we cancel a session, we move your booking to another session free of charge. If you are charged twice, the extra payment is refunded. 6. Not a substitute for medical or emergency care

Our sessions are educational, counselling and wellness support. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or emergency care, diagnosis or medication. Healing practices are complementary and do not replace medical treatment. Please continue any treatment you are receiving.

If you, your child or anyone else is in immediate danger or crisis, please call 112 (India emergency number) or go to the nearest hospital. Our sessions and email are not monitored for emergencies.

7. Your conduct and confidentiality

• Please be respectful to the facilitator and other participants.
• What other participants share in group sessions is confidential. Please do not repeat it outside the session.
• Recording, screenshots or photographs of sessions are not allowed without written permission from us.
• We may remove a participant who is disruptive or disrespectful, without a refund.

8. Our content

All program content, frameworks, tools, worksheets, slides, images and text on this website belong to / . You may use them for your own personal learning only. Please do not copy, sell, record, teach or share them without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

We work with care and professionalism, but every person and family is different, and we cannot promise specific results. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected to a booking is limited to the fee you paid for that booking.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your booking applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at , India.
