1. What we collect

• Booking details: your name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, the program and session you choose, and anything you choose to write in the booking form.
• Payment details: payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive only the payment ID, amount and status. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Messages: what you send us by email or WhatsApp.
• During sessions: what you share in a session is treated as confidential. We do not record sessions.

Please share only what you are comfortable sharing, especially about your child. You do not need to give your child's name to book.

2. How we use it

• To confirm your booking and send your receipt, session link, reminders (1 day and 2 hours before) and a thank-you message.
• To reschedule your booking when you ask, and to contact you about changes to a session.
• To prepare for and deliver your sessions.
• To meet legal and accounting requirements.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.

3. Who can see it

• and anyone who helps run the practice under a duty of confidentiality.
• Service providers we use only to run bookings: Razorpay (payments), Google (booking records and emails), Zoom (online sessions) and WhatsApp (messages). They process data under their own privacy and security terms.
• Authorities, if the law requires it, or if there is a serious risk to someone's safety.

4. How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet tax and accounting laws (usually up to 8 years for payment records). You can ask us to delete other information sooner.

5. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to . We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

6. Security

Our website uses a secure (https) connection, payments go through Razorpay's secure checkout, and booking records are stored in a password-protected account with limited access.

7. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and some images from Unsplash, which may see your IP address when your browser loads them. Razorpay may use cookies during checkout to keep payments secure.

8. Children

Our booking and payment services are for adults (18+). Between Us is designed for parents and caregivers. If you believe a child has given us personal information without a parent's consent, please contact us and we will delete it.
